About Amit
Amit graduated with a B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion under the guidance of Dr. Matthew Suss, followed by postdoctoral studies as a Va’adia-BARD fellow at Yale University under the guidance of Prof. Menachem Elimelech.
SHOCRON LAB in the Zuckerberg Institute for Water Research at Sde Boker Campus is focused on gaining a fundamental understanding of the underlying mechanisms governing electro-driven separations, combining theoretical analysis with dedicated experiments to better understand the processes.
In his free time, Amit likes to play the Trombone, run, and improve his coffee-making skills.
