The BGU International Welcome Center is a hub for international researchers, students, employees, and accompanying families. We are your home away from home and are here to guide and assist with all administrative (non-academic) issues throughout your BGU experience. We look forward to getting to know you.
At the forefront of science and technology
More than 1,900 junior and senior faculty members work together with their students across our 6 faculties and over 60 BGU research centers. BGU works in collaboration with over 1,200 Israeli and International companies. Our advanced research methods and innovation is what makes BGU a leading university in Israel.
Social Life on Campus
BGU is the most vibrant, social, diverse, and active campus in Israel. Our campus environment helps our students excel and enjoy this significant period in their lives while also focusing on their studies. You can enjoy parties and festivals, concerts, language exchanges, acro-yoga, or free salsa lessons. There is something for everyone in this distinctly Israeli "college town".
BGU is at the heart of a thriving ecosystem
BGU has a key role in the unique ecosystem where higher education, hi-tech, industry, business, medicine, and government come together to develop groundbreaking research and bring new applications to the market. BGU International students and researchers collaborate and learn from leaders in their respective fields. Our university focus is on interdisciplinary learning and research.
