An Oasis of Learning
Our beautiful Sde Boker campus is an international campus, located in Midreshet Ben-Gurion and houses the Jacob Blaustein Institutes for Desert Research, the Albert Katz International School for Desert Studies, and the Ben-Gurion Institute for the Study of Israel and Zionism.
The desert learning oasis caters to international students from around the world who come to the heart of the Negev Desert to conduct cutting-edge research.
State-of-the-art facilities are surrounded by the calming atmosphere of the desert, lending to an excellent learning environment for students, researchers, and faculty.
Student Life at Sde Boker
The SB student council is a group of students working voluntarily. Our goal is to work together to benefit our academic and non-academic life on campus. We advocate to the administration on behalf of students, organize social events, and much more. The official student body for all of Ben Gurion University is the Aguda (Student Union).
