General Guidelines:
- A recommendation from the Master’s degree supervisor is mandatory. If there is more than one supervisor, recommendations must be obtained from all supervisors.
- In the Departments of Life Sciences, Computer and Information Science, and the Faculty of Business & Management: in addition to the recommendations listed in item 1, a recommendation from the designated supervisor(s) is required.
- Two additional recommendations (excluding supervisors) from scholars at academic institutions holding a Ph.D.
- For the “direct track” (direct continuation from a Bachelor’s degree), three recommendations overall are required.
- Upon completion of registration, an email containing a link will be sent to the candidate. This link must be forwarded to the referees to add their recommendations online.
- Recommendations are confidential and must be submitted directly to the Kreitman School following the instructions.
Online Submission of Recommendations via the System upon completion of registration:
- Upon completing the registration, an email will be sent, with instructions for submitting your letters of recommendation.
- On the Application Portal, under the References tab, you are required to upload the name of your referees and their current email address. Please ensure that the email addresses are entered accurately, as recommendations cannot be submitted if the email address is incorrect.
- You must send the link to the online recommendation form to each of your referees.
- The referees will complete and submit their recommendation using the provided link. The recommendations will be sent automatically to the Kreitman School.
