The invention discloses an encryption device and method. The encryption device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a secret key table generating part which produces arbitrary values induced from a seed value and produces a secret key table including generated arbitrary values; and an encryption unit which produces a block cryptographic algorithm having the round function in which the generated key table is applied of the Feistel structure and encrypts a plaintext data block by using the generated block cryptographic algorithm.
