Value-Driven Leadership

Modern business and managerial leadership requires a deep understanding of people, cultures, and ethical decision-making. This pathway is designed to train managers and entrepreneurs who will not only drive the financial bottom line, but also demonstrate corporate responsibility, high social awareness, and outstanding skills in communication, rhetoric, and debate.

Program Scope
12 dedicated credits embedded within the department's curriculum, ensuring no extension to the duration of your degree, and fully funded by the project.
Building
Foundational Course (2 credits)
"And I Will Put a Spirit Within You" – In this course, you will learn how to model the social and ethical implications of financial and managerial decisions. You will also use an AI-based narrative coach to practice messaging and the rhetoric of presenting complex ideas to diverse target audiences.

Course Focus & Requirements

  • "Ethics in Management" (3 credits)

  • The Program's Foundational Course (2 credits)

  • 7 additional credits from a pool of courses (with a total requirement of 9 credits overall to be completed from the offered humanities courses), focusing on:

    • Developing critical thinking

    • Philosophical theories of morality and distributive justice

    • Analyzing historical, political, and economic processes

    • Practicing decision-making under conditions of ambiguity and human complexity

* There is an option to substitute courses from a defined pool of alternative courses (such as Introduction to Islam or Feminist Theory).

** The course "Racism: Past, Present, Future" is limited to 20 participants per semester.
