The School’s Research Committee promotes research by the University’s faculty members, as well as researchers across Israel, in the fields of environment and sustainability. It does so by providing financial support for groundbreaking research conducted by interdisciplinary research groups in these fields, supporting applications for prestigious research grants, hosting leading scientists, fostering research collaborations with universities in Israel and around the world, and more.
The Research Studies Committee serves as an overarching, cross-faculty framework designed to bridge academic disciplines, support outstanding research in the fields of environment and sustainability, and encourage research-related activities, including conferences, workshops, and the publication of articles in leading academic journals, among other initiatives.
