The research deals with the etiology of neuropsychiatric disorders, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia in particular, and the mechanism of both the benefits and side effects of psychotropic drugs. Within the concept of personalized medicine she and her group strive to uncover positive response predictors of given patients to an optimal drug among the various options.
