

Master's Degree
The Master of Medical Sciences (M.Med.Sc.) degree in basic and medical sciences (including the following majors: immunology, microbiology, biochemistry, developmental genetics, virology, morphology, physiology, and pharmacology) consists of 27 course credits + 13 thesis credits for a total of 40 credits.

Research Milestones
A master's degree student's research progress is marked by several key milestones: appointing a supervisor, submitting a research plan, completing a progress report, submitting a thesis for evaluation, and passing a final exam. Additionally, the student must fulfill the curriculum requirements set for their field of study, as defined in the academic year they began their master's program.
Travel Support
Graduate students may apply for support from the Dean to travel to an international conference abroad (one trip per year) by contacting the Faculty Travel Committee. The Dean's support may be granted to: master's degree students (in their second year of studies), doctoral candidates (in their first four years of studies), and post-doctorates (in their first two years).
