Current Position:

Research Assistant, Department of Spectroscopy, J. Heyrovsky Institute of Physical Chemistry, Czech Academy of Sciences, Prague, Czechia

I am currently a research assistant in the Applied Spectroscopy group at the Department of Spectroscopy, J. Heyrovsky Institute of Physical Chemistry in Prague, Czechia. My research focuses on advanced spectroscopic techniques applied to environmental and (astro)chemical systems.

My stay at the Sde Boker campus was a memorable and rewarding
experience, both professionally and personally. With a PhD in Applied
Geology, I had the opportunity to work as a postdoctoral fellow at BGU
in Dr. Oded Nir's Research Lab for Water Treatment and Resource Recovery
at the Zuckerberg Institute for Water Research. Our research focused on
phosphorus recovery from wastewater, building on and expanding my
expertise in environmental geochemistry.

Overall, my time at BIDR significantly shaped my scientific approach,
offering invaluable interdisciplinary experience and exposure to
cutting-edge water treatment technologies within an inspiring
international environment in the heart of the Negev Desert.
