Moshe Firrouz (b. 1972, Israel) lives in Be'er-Sheva. Holds Ph.D. degree from Ben-Gurion University, dissertation title is: "Studies in the Karaite Sage Judah Hadassi's Sefer Eshkol ha-Kofer (The Book of Cluster of Henna Blossoms)". Also, serving as Vice-Chancellor of the Karaite Jewish University, in which he teaches part of the Introduction to Judaism Course. Moshe is a lecturer in Karaite community centers, Universities, education institutions about Karaite Judaism, Karaite history, and interpretation. As for his activity in the Karaite community, Moshe serves as a judge in the Karite religious court, guides couples before marriage, and teaches in the conversion process. Moshe is a Cantor (Hazan), conducts religious ceremonies (Wedding, Berith, funerals), and a slaughterer.
