About the Program
LeadHERship at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev is an intensive, 10-day leadership program crafted to inspire, equip, and connect women from across the globe. This experience blends academic insight with hands-on learning to explore the intersections of leadership, social entrepreneurship, and community resilience.
Participants will engage in dynamic workshops and immersive experiences that foster both personal growth and collective impact. From deep dives into community leadership and social innovation to excursions in the surrounding area, the program encourages participants to translate values into action.
More than a leadership course, LeadHERship is a launching pad for lifelong connections and a global network of changemakers.

- At least in their 3rd year of undergraduate studies, or a young professional with an academic background
- $1,560 — covers tuition and health insurance
- Flight and accommodation not included
- 10 Scholarships Available
Eligible applicants who are not residents of Israel will receive scholarships, including health insurance, tuition fees, and partial flight and accommodation fees.
