The Chemistry - Chemical Engineering dual degree program in chemical Nano-science and technology is a unique program in Israel focused on chemical phenomena and materials related to the “nano” world. It deals with chemical compounds and processes related to research and development in diverse fields - from electronics to medicine.
The goal of this program is to merge scientific with technological training resulting in skilled scientist and engineers for research, development and manufacture of miniaturized systems, including industrial-related research.
The students will be exposed to the basic science and technological knowledge required for the field, as well as to updated, state-of-the-art research and developments. Students in this program join courses given by both departments to their students, as well as unique program courses including visit to academic and industrial labs, and performing research projects. The students are accompanied by staff from both departments during the course of their studies.
This four-year program requires 200 credits for graduating with a dual-degree, and is aimed at outstanding candidates. For further details please contact the program head of either department:
The purpose of the Interdisciplinary Program for a Doctoral Degree in Nanotechnology program is to promote research studies for a doctorate, while combining different disciplines relevant to nanotechnology. Scholarships are assured for those accepted, including full tuition coverage.
