Chemical solution deposited PbS thin films on Si(100)
The effect of reagent concentrations and deposition temperature on the morphology of chemical solution deposited PbS thin films on Si(100) substrates was studied using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.
