Prof. Eran Ben-Elia
I research how people move—and how cities can help them move better. My work integrates behavioral science, data-driven simulation, and human-centered design to advance smart and sustainable mobility. I focus on public transport futures, shared & automated mobility, congestion and parking policies, and AI/digital twins that make planning more transparent, equitable, and effective. Transport shapes climate, opportunity, and urban vitality; my group co-creates evidence and tools with agencies, municipalities, and communities so policy delivers real public value—not just elegant models.
