Ph.D. candidate and faculty member in the Department of Communication, and a fellow at the Frances Brody Institute for Applied Diplomacy at Tel Aviv University. His research focuses on digital diplomacy, international relations in a networked reality, and how leadership and authority are shaped and exercised in digital environments.
