6-Week Interactive Workshops

Our signature workshops run twice a year, offering small, intimate cohorts that meet weekly for a blend of professional health expertise and peer-to-peer connection:

  • Expert-Led Sessions: We cover a range of vital topics relevant to the first year of parenting, such as infant sleep, nutrition, and the emotional journey of motherhood.

  • Wellness & Movement: Sessions include specialized yoga practice to provide mothers with practical tools for stress release, physical recovery, and mindfulness.

  • Guided Reflection: Following our guest speakers and activities, mothers participate in a supportive discussion circle to share experiences and build lasting community bonds.

A Holistic Community Network

The New Mothers Group is part of a broader care network designed to ensure no mother in the Negev feels they lack adequate support during the transition to parenthood:

  • Multicultural Outreach: We are proud to facilitate support across the diverse communities of the Negev, including home visits from trained volunteers and direct guidance from our program coordinators.

  • Professional Leadership: Our team includes certified health professionals and lactation consultants (IBCLC) to ensure mothers have access to reliable, expert guidance.

  • Community Partnerships: We work in close collaboration with local health clinics and Soroka Medical Center to reach mothers in need of a supportive village.
