TPD eqiupped with Extrel MAX300-EGA mass spectrometer
The temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) system equipped with an Extrel MAX300-EGA mass spectrometer enables detailed analysis of gases evolved from materials during controlled heating. The TPD unit provides precise temperature ramping to study desorption, decomposition, and surface reactions, while the Extrel MAX300-EGA quadrupole mass spectrometer offers high sensitivity and fast, multi-species detection of evolved gases in real time. Together, the system is well suited for investigating adsorption strength, surface chemistry, and reaction mechanisms in catalysts, functional materials, and chemical processes.
