Proto Axrd® THETA-THETA equipped with Anton Peer HTK 2000N furnace
The Proto AXRD® THETA-THETA X-ray diffractometer, equipped with the Anton Paar HTK 2000N high-temperature furnace, is a versatile system for in-situ structural characterization of materials under controlled thermal conditions. The theta-theta geometry provides high diffraction accuracy and flexible sample alignment, while the HTK 2000N furnace enables XRD measurements at elevated temperatures in controlled atmospheres. This setup allows real-time monitoring of phase transitions, crystallographic changes, and thermal stability of materials, making it well suited for advanced research in materials science, ceramics, metals, and functional compounds
