Dr. Tal Gordon | Principal Investigator
I am a zoologist and molecular biologist interested in understanding how animals respond to injury and regenerate lost tissues. I began my scientific journey as an ecologist, inspired by the beauty of underwater life. During my PhD, I was introduced to the remarkable regenerative abilities of ascidians, which led me into the world of molecular and developmental biology. Today, I use both ecological and molecular approaches to study regeneration and injury response.
