Floor 1 – Reading Room for Natural Sciences, Engineering Sciences, and Computer & Information Science
The Reading Room for Natural Sciences, Engineering, and Computer & Information Science houses collections in the exact sciences, life sciences, computer science, and various engineering disciplines.

Floor 2 – Circulation, Interlibrary Loan, and Reference Services
The entrance floor of the library building contains the library offices and the Technical Services Department, including Acquisitions, Serials, Metadata and Classification, Binding, and Labeling.
This floor also includes the Circulation and Reference Unit, which manages the Reserved Collection, the Student Union Loan Collection, Interlibrary Loan services (Room 204), and scanning services.
The library lobby periodically hosts exhibitions.
The reading room on this floor offers seating for individual and group study and includes dictionaries, encyclopedias, and general reference books.

Floor 3 – Reading Room for the Humanities
The Humanities Reading Room contains materials in general history, Middle Eastern studies, literature, linguistics, art, archaeology, philosophy, religion, and related fields.
The floor also includes an audiovisual room with microform materials, films, and audio resources. In addition, the reading room houses a collection of rare and special books, as well as an exhibition room dedicated to the collection of philosopher Sir Isaiah Berlin.

Floor 4 – Reading Room for Social Sciences and Management
The Reading Room for Social Sciences and Management contains collections in management, education, sociology and anthropology, psychology, political science, communication, law, geography, economics, business administration, tourism, and related fields.

Floor 5 – Israel and Judaism
Floor 5 – Reading Room for Jewish Studies and Israel Studies
The Reading Room for Jewish Studies and Israel Studies include materials in Jewish studies (Bible, Talmud, Midrash, Halakhic authorities, etc.), as well as the history of the Jewish people, the Land of Israel, and the State of Israel.
This floor also houses the Passover Haggadah Collection and the library lecture room.
