עמוס דרורי (נולד ב-1947) הוא פרופסור מן המניין (אמריטוס) באוניברסיטת בן-גוריון בנגב ונשיא המרכז האקדמי פרס. בעבר כיהן כסגן נשיאה באוניברסיטת בן-גוריון וכדיקן הפקולטה לניהול שם.
לאחר פרישתו עבר דרורי למרכז האקדמי פרס, שם שימש תחילה כרקטור המרכז.
משנת 2020 ועד 2026 כיהן בתפקיד נשיא המרכז האקדמי פרס.
במהלך השנים שהה דרורי במעמד של פרופסור אורח בכמה אוניברסיטאות בחו"ל: אוניברסיטת המדינה של פנסילבניה, בארצות הברית, אוניברסיטת קייפטאון ואוניברסיטת ויטווטרסראנד בדרום אפריקה, ואוניברסיטת ניו סאות' ויילס באוסטרליה.
דרורי פרסם מספר רב של מחקרים, מאמרים מדעיים ופרקים בספרים ערוכים. מחקריו בפסיכולוגיה ארגונית, פרושים על מגוון תחומים ובעיקר: התנהגות פוליטית בארגונים, ניהול קונפליקטים (סכסוכים), וניהול הרושם.
