You’ll seize an opportunity, realize your vision, and work with a diverse team. You’ll learn that entrepreneurship is a way of thinking—and not just acting—in the world. And most of all, you’ll learn that you can stretch your limits, which is precisely what we’re looking for.
Personal Questionnaire
Stage One
You’ll fill out a detailed questionnaire about your background, your army or national service, and your education. We also want to hear about your interest in the worlds of entrepreneurship and innovation.
Video Presentation
Stage Two
You’ll be asked to submit a video—in English, and no longer than one minute in length—that helps us get a sense of what makes you, you.
Group Challenge and Personal Interview
Stage Three
After the exams period is over, applicants who advanced beyond the first and second stage are invited to Yazamut’s headquarters for the process’ grand finale: a group challenge and personal interview.
First, you’ll help a group of applicants fulfill an entrepreneurial task that helps us understand the way you think and work together with a team. Then, you’ll meet with LEADERS staff to talk about your personality, your professional goals, and how LEADERS can help advance your career dreams.
