We welcome students and researchers who are interested in  computational biophysics and chemistry, structural biology, molecular behavior, peptide science and scientific computing.

Projects in our group combine biological questions with quantitative molecular analysis. Group members gain experience in Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations, structural modeling, high-performance computing, data analysis, scientific programming, critical literature review, and interdisciplinary collaborations.

Previous computational experience is valuable but not essential for every project. Curiosity, scientific rigor, independent thinking, and a willingness to understand the physical basis of molecular behavior are central to our work.
