The Group's Research

Our focus is on the synthesis of materials suitable for solar-to-fuel and electrocatalytic reactions with applications in electrosynthesis and energy conversion.

Some of our synthetic interests include the development of methods to grow or deposit materials from the polymeric carbon nitride (CN) family and related metal-free materials on conductive (transparent) substrates to serve as photoanodes in photoelectrochemical cells (PEC).
