Parking services
Offers designated signed parking that is free of charge for UTEL guests. The parking area is located on the western side of the lot, near the entrance gate.
Self- service laundry
This is in the laundry room on the entry level in building 5. Use is via an app and instructions can be viewed in the room.
ironing room
This is in the protected space on floor 2. Please make sure you turn the iron off and unplug it when you are finished.
Cleaning Services
Room cleaning is carried out between 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Air Conditioning
The unit in your room is set to hot/cold according to the season. Please press on/off ONLY.
Television & Internet
There is a smart TV in your room including apps for use by those with subscriptions, satellite TV stations, and more. If, after turning on the TV, you are not taken to the YES home screen, press the button with the rectangle and arrow on the remote control and select the HDMI 2 option.
Food & Beverage machines
You have at your disposal milk sandwiches and soft drink vending machines in building 13 and a soft drink machine in building 5.
Shabbat Key
You can sign for a regular key for use on Shabbat in the management offices (building 1) during regular working hours: Sunday – Thursday 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
Electric water boiler
The electric water heater is located on the wall near the bathroom entrance door and is turned on twice a day according to the pre-set times. The water heater is permanently on clock mode (operates automatically between the hours of: 05:00-07:00 and 15:00-17:00. In the event of a lack of hot water, the water heater can be turned on manually by moving the switch to position 1 (manual). It is important to return it to clock mode after use.
Defibrillator
A defibrillator is in the laundry room on the entry level in building 5.
Free wi-fi
he hotel has free wi-fi connection in all rooms and public spaces.
Emergency Guidelines
Alert for Missile Fire
When you hear the siren, you should enter the protected space and follow these instructions:
1. Please close the door after all the residents have entered by turning the handle 90°.
2. Please ensure that the external window is closed and that the internal window is closed properly.
3. You should remain in the space for 10 minutes after the sound of the last siren.
Fire
Smoking is prohibited in your room.
Please remember: When you leave your room, please turn off lights, electrical appliances, and air conditioners to ensure the safety of those staying in the building.
Please call 08-6461888 (the security department number) / 102 Fire Brigade / 100 police / and follow these instructions:
1. Please move away from the fire as far as possible and prevent others from coming close to the fire until a security officer arrives on the scene.
2. Please do not try to extinguish the fire.
3. To exit the building, you should use the stairwells ONLY. Entry to the stairwells is via a door close to the elevator. Do not enter an elevator!
Earthquake
If you can exit the building within a few seconds, please exit immediately via the stairwells ONLY to an open space. Do not enter an elevator!
1. If you are unable to exit the building within a few seconds, please proceed to a protected space and leave the door and windows open.
2. If you are unable to act in accordance with the above instructions, please sit in an internal corner of the room or under a heavy piece of furniture while protecting your head with your hands.
