Research Experience and Interests
- Mathematical Physics: Dynamical symmetries,
Kac-Moody algebras, generalized Dynkin diagrams,
representations of the symmetric group S_N; Group action,
orbits, fixed points, Bell and Stirling numbers.
Inonu-Wigner and generalized contractions,
Octonions,
implicitly-defined Hamiltonians (the mass depends on distance)
and curvature,
nonlinear models, nonlinear stabilized multi-phase oscillators.
- Quantum computation: Hybrid gates, entanglement generation
and their measures.
- Dirac and Yang magnetic monopoles, Levi Cevita,
Kustaanheimo-Stiefel and Hurwitz Transformations.
- Singular potentials: bound states, regularization,
self-adjoint extension of unbounded operators.
- Symmetries of differential equations and application to
pseudo-diffusion equation.
- Wigner functions, squeezed states, coherent states,
generalized Hermite and heat polynomials.
- High-energy physics: Dispersion relations,
N/D calculations, crossing matrix and kinematic singularities,
quark model, Regge pole model,
inequalities for density matrices and application to the
production of vector mesons,
electromagnetic mass difference,
baryon-baryon and meson-baryon scattering in the eikonal
approximation,
symmetries of scattering amplitudes.

- Electromagnetic scattering and radiation, runaway solutions
and radiation reaction.
- Neural Networks: Hopfield model.
Research Summary
- For about 15 years I worked on many different areas of
high-energy physics.
- In recent years my research has been mainly on mathematical
physics, in particular on dynamical symmetries,
infinite-dimensional Kac-Moody algebras, Inonu-Wigner
contractions and group action.
