Our preparatory program is designed for individuals who have completed their undergraduate studies outside of social work. This comprehensive program bridges the gap by offering a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on training, culminating in a Master's degree and eligibility for inclusion in the National Social Workers' Registry. Our Master's program is committed to developing leaders in welfare and societal services, with a focus on addressing the unique needs of the Negev region as well as nationwide. Our goal is to nurture professionals who are not only capable of delivering cutting-edge services to clients but can also provide exceptional mentorship to colleagues and students. By merging the preparatory program with the Master's curriculum, we aim to equip social workers with expertise in both practical fieldwork and scholarly research.
