The Department's Vision
- To cultivate leading professionals in the field of occupational therapy, characterized by professional, clinical, research, and ethical excellence.
- To develop an innovative and leading curriculum that connects with the needs of the local community and promotes community projects.
- To encourage independent, innovative, and critical thinking in every student.
- To instill in each student a sense of connection and pride in the profession.
- To impart knowledge in basic, applied, and clinical research in occupational therapy, serving as a foundation for research development and advanced degrees in occupational therapy at Ben-Gurion University.
- To serve as a home and learning center for the occupational therapy community from academia and the clinical field in the southern region and throughout the country.
