     Students looking to pursue an M.Sc./Ph.D. degree with emphasis on Organic Chemistry and/or Chemical Biology are encouraged to apply. Experience in Organic Synthesis is desired, and a basic interest in the use of Organic Chemistry to study biological phenomena is required.

     In addition, an ERC funded Postdoctoral Research Associate position is available for studies on the involvement of small signaling molecules in interactions between bacteria and eukaryotes (e.g. fungi, nematodes, humans) . Strong experience in Organic Synthesis is required. Basic experience and / or interest in Chemical Biology will be an advantage. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
