מטרת הקורס:

הסטודנטים ילמדו על מחקרים עדכניים בתחום הננו-מדע וטכנולוגיה בחזית המדע ואת הרקע המדעי הנחוץ להבנתם.

סילבוס:

סדר ותוכן ההרצאות מפורסם באתר הקורס בהיילרן ב"מאגר הידע".

מהלך הקורס:

יתקיימו שבע פגישות במהלך הסמסטר. בכל פגישה (למעט הרצאות אורח/ סיור) יוצג סמינר באורך שעתיים אקדמיות ע"י שני סטודנטים ממשתתפי הקורס. תאריכי הפגישות, המאמרים המהווים בסיס לנושא הסמינר, וכן שאלות מנחות, מתפרסמים באתר הקורס בהיילרן.

על כל משתתפי הקורס לקרוא את המאמרים הרלוונטים (שפורסמו באתר בהיילרן) לפני כל סמינר.

הנוכחות בכל הפגישות בקורס היא חובה. היעדרות תאושר רק במקרה של מניעה חמורה לפי כללי אב"ג.

קביעת הציון:

הציון בקורס "עובר/ נכשל". סטודנט שנכח בכל הפגישות, התכונן כראוי ע"י קריאת המאמרים והכין את הסמינר שלו יוכל לקבל ציון "עובר".

Goals:

The students will learn about contemporary, cutting edge research in Nano-science and Technology and the scientific background necessary for understanding them.

Syllabus:

The order and content of the course seminars are published in the course website in the “Highlearn” platform.

Technicalities:

The course will consist of seven meetings during the semester. In each meeting (with the exception of few guest lectures), a couple of the participating student will present a seminar of two academic hours. The papers presenting the seminar topic, as well as guidelines, are published in the course website in the “Highlearn” platform.

All participants must read the relevant papers (published in Highlearn) before the seminar.

Participating in all meetings is compulsory. Absences can be permitted only in cases of “severe prevention” as defined by BGU rules.

Grading:

The grade is “pass/ fail”. Students that were present in all meetings, prepared well to them by paper reading and prepared their seminar as requested, will be entitled to a “pass” grade.
