Yafit Bloch-David PhD

My PhD deals with studying elementary effects in number processing, specifically the distance effect but also the SNARC effect.

The research focuses on two major aspects concerning the distance effect.

One aspect deals with the mental operations that are basic to number processing.

The other aspect deals with mechanisms and brain areas that are related to these mental operations and to this effect.

The study also involves testing patients with Balint syndrome, and those with frontal and parietal damage.

Current position: now I am working in Bet Lowenstein doing an internship in neuropsychological rehabilitation.
