Kathrin Cohen Kadosh Psychologist

I received my degree in Psychology from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

At Ben-Gurion University, I collaborated with Prof. Avishai Henik and Dr. Roi Cohen Kadosh. We conducted several combined ERP/ fMRI studies aimed at studying the cognitive mechanisms and brain structures involved in basic numerical processing. Our participants included both normal and clinical populations, such as people suffering from developmental dyscalculia.

I am now doing my PhD (Marie Curie Early-Stage Training Fellowship) under the supervision of Prof. Mark H. Johnson and Dr. Frederic Dick at the Centre for Brain and Cogitive Development, Birkbeck College, University of London, UK. My PhD investigates the development of face processing abilities in early infancy, childhood and adulthood with a combination of behavioral methods and neuroimaging techniques, such as EEG and fMRI.
