My MA deals with studying the emotional component of synesthesia.

The research deals with whether the congruent effect can be explained by emotional arousal in addition to cognitive aspects such as attention, and whether colors hold an emotional meaning for synesthetes.

The study will involve individuals with lexical and emotional synesthesia compare to non-synesthets controls.
