Uri Ehrlich is professor of Talmud and Jewish Thought at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
His main research interest is Jewish prayer in the Talmudic era and the early Siddur.
Uri Ehrlich was born in Kibbutz Yavne, Israel, in 1956.
He is married to Yael, and
has four children.
