Research Interests

I study the development of large-scale cognitive structures, and especially of so called "Naive Theories", theories held by lay people in domains where they do not have the benefit of formal teaching. My interest lies both in the specific contents and in the cognitive mechanisms that account for the organization of knowledge and its limitations, its development in children and its break-down in pathology.

In terms of contents, I work on Economic psychology, Decision making, and Medical Psychology.
