·         The Academy of Management OB division's Award for best competitive paper to Dina Van Dijk & Avraham Kluger. Paper's title: "Does task type (prevention vs. promotion) moderate the effect of feedback sign on motivation and performance?" (August 2009).

·         Award for best paper (runner-up) from the "International Leadership Association Scholarship Global Learning Community" to Ronit Kark & Dina Van Dijk. Paper's title: Prevention or promotion: The relationship between leadership and motivation (November, 2005).

·         Award for best paper (runner-up): “Industrial Relations Research Association of Israel”.  Paper's title: "prevention-focused feedback versus promotion-focused feedback" (July, 2003).

·         $20,000 from the US Army Research Institute (2003) for studying “the interactive effect of feedback-sign and regulatory focus on performance of creative task versus error-detection task” (with Kluger, A and Erez, M.).
