Nitzan Moshe (1968–2022) was a senior executive and innovation leader who pioneered advancements in operations, technology, and creative thinking within the chemical industry. He was tragically killed in a road accident in 2022, leaving behind his wife Miri, four children Eylon, Lihi, Gali, and Eyal, and his parents, Ran and Etti.
The Nitzan Moshe Center for Energy and Sustainability aims to foster multidisciplinary research and discussion of current issues influencing future energy and sustainability considerations on both national and international levels.
The Center is built on the advantages of BGU as a heterogeneous academic institution with expertise in multiple aspects of energy research, aiming to cultivate synergistic collaborations across different disciplines.
