Access to the Arrane Central Library

The Aranne Central Library is open to the public. Visitors may access the library during opening hours, use the reading rooms, and consult print books and journals.  Public computers are available for searching the library catalog, and copiers and scanners are provided for visitor use.

Please note: During exam periods, access is restricted to the university community only due to high demand. The public cannot enter at these times. Check the library website for updated dates.

External University Students:

• Students from the Open University may borrow books upon presenting a letter of authorization from their home institution’s library. A library card must be opened at the Circulation Desk.
• Graduate students (Master’s level and above) from other universities may borrow books with a letter of authorization from their home institution’s library. A library card must also be opened at the Circulation Desk.

Alumni Library Card

University alumni may apply for a library card for ₪500 per year, providing access to the print collection only (does not include online databases).
Alumni may borrow up to 2 books at a time.
