Book Donations

The university libraries welcome donations that support research and teaching, subject to shelf space.
Guidelines:

• Donations are not added to collections in their entirety; books are integrated according to the library’s shelving and cataloging system.
• Only books in good physical condition suitable for public use can be accepted.
• Donors may include an Ex libris (name label) or dedication. The library provides a standard template that can be personalized.
• The library cannot cover packing or shipping costs for donated books.
• Books may be donated individually or as a collection, at the discretion of the library staff in consultation with academic faculty.
