Proof that the slope of the k-value for exact compensation is one

k = log (initial density) / log (final density)
   = log (initial density / final density)
   = log (Before/After)
   = log (B/A)

Exact compensation: A = constant, slope b of k vs. B = 1

b = (k2-k1) / (log B2 - log B1)

   = (log B2 - log A - (log B1 - log A)) / (log B2 - log B1)

   = (log B2 - log B1) / (log B2 - log B1) = 1
