Thesaurus Linguae Graecae  (TLG)

This database can only be accessed from Aranne Library terminals 7 and 9, located in the Humanities Reading Room. 
Before continuing, you must disable the browser's proxy:
   Open "Tools."
   Open "Internet Options."
   Open "Connections."
   Open "LAN Settings."
   Click on "Use automatic configuration script" to cancel the  V.
   Click on "Use a proxy server�" to cancel the  V.
   Click on OK to close the LAN Settings window.
   Click on OK to close the Connections window.
 

 Once you have entered the database, you will need to select the appropriate Greek font:
 Use Display Option B, "Input in Beta or Transl/Greek Display."   Choose "GreekKeys" and then click on "Enter."
 To type in Greek letters:  In the left-hand column, under "TLG Texts", click on "Simple" or Advanced"; and use the virtual keyboard.
 The letters that appear in the text box will be Latin letters, but the database "reads" them as Greek.

 Please remember to log off the computer afterexiting the database.
