CIRCULATION
The circulation desk is located on the right side of the
Aranne Library lobby.
Most books can be checked out at this desk using your
student card or university ID card. The check-out period
will vary depending on the item status and your university
status.
The office of the librarian-in-charge of  circulation is
located in room 110 behind the circulation desk.

Library Cards

         Students

The student card issued by the Students' Association also
serves as a library card.

beginning of each academic year you have to apply to
room 110, Aranne Library, to renew your borrowing privileges.

Loan Period
Most books may be checked out for two weeks and are renewable
if a "hold" has not been placed by another reader.
Three day books must be returned on the due date not later
than 15:00.

Renewals

The student can extend the loan period of a book at the library's
computer terminals or by phone: 08-647-2888 (if there are no holds).

Note: The change in due date has to be done before the
due date.
