חוקרת במרכז אדוה בתחומי כלכלה וחברה ומרצה במוסדות אקדמיים ואחרים.מחקריה עוסקים בעוני ואי שוויון, שוק העבודה, מוביליות, ביטחון תזונתי ומדיניות חברתית. בעבר היתה מנהלת אגף מחקר כלכלי בביטוח הלאומי ובין היתר ערכה את דוחות העוני והדוחות השנתיים של הביטוח הלאומי.
היתה חברה בוועדת אלאלוף למלחמה בעוני. כיום חברה במועצה הלאומית לביטחון תזונתי.
